Enjoyed a perfect, relaxing 2 weeks in September. The cottage is very well-equipped with all mod cons. The views across the fields are lovely. Enjoyed cider and darts at the pub in Grandborough.

Steve, Mary. Staying at Wagtail was fantastic. There can not be many places in middle England as peaceful as Leam Valley Holiday Lets. We had a great 18 day stay, very close to the Polocrosse World cup with all the hustle and pressure that one needed, then the tranquility of the lets, but close enough to get out to where one needed. I am in fact looking and listening to a wagtail making a lot of noise outside my window in Zambia as I write.
Many thanks for all your assistance in helping get the let at short notice for he time period that we needed.

My Husband and I stayed at Leam Valley Holilday Lets in the Wagtail Cottage, in June 2011 while visiting family and friends in UK from Australia. Upon arrival we had a very warm welcome from Steve and Mary, and the cottage was even better than it looked on the website, it was home from home, everything we needed was there, the views were tremendous as well, it was sad to leave, and we told Mary when we return we will DEFINATLEY be back to stay there, and we will arrange our next holiday around their vacancies as we would not want to go anywhere else.

Mary & Steve, Thank you so much for your hospitality. We had a lovely time while staying at Leam Valley. Our accomodation was immaculately clean and very homely & comfortable with all facilities. We stayed at Leam Valley for a month in April 2011 during our trip to the UK from Australia. The cottage was extremely comfortable and the children loved having TV's in the bedrooms! Mary and Steve were perfect hosts and we would have no hesitation in booking accommodation at Leam Valley in the future.

We had an excellent holiday staying at Leam Valley. The location was superb with lovely views over the countryside and the accomodation was first class. There was lots to see and do within a short distance and plenty of space for the children to play safely outside. The horses were a firm favourite too. We had a very warm welcome and will definetely visit again next year.

We were very impressed with the standard of the cottage, second to none and extremely clean. Perfect for the children also, our 2 year old really enjoyed looking at all the animals, very family friendly and nothing for little hands to break or damage and stunning surroundings. We will absolutely be returning in the future and recommend Leam Valley to anyone thinking of staying in the area. Thank you very much for a brilliant break away!

In the area for a wedding we don't believe we could have found a more beautiful and well appointed spot to stay.
Communication with Steve & Mary was warm & friendly from the start and the welcome at Barn Owl was amazing. The accommodation is quite simply terrific. We had 5 adults sharing and there was plenty of room for all and everything we needed to make it a real home from home.
We certainly hope to return to explore more of beautiful Warwickshire.

We were here for a week for our sons wedding and what a fabulous place to stay. The setting is just breath taking and the cottages are of a very high standard, very modern and comfortable with everything you need. Steve and Mary gave us a warm and friendly greeting and communication with them from the beginning was excellent. I would recommend these cottages to anyone as they are all so nice. A very lovely welcome from a very nice family, what a stunning/breathtaking location! the Cottage is exactly like the photos and has everything you need! Extremely clean. Very homely, warm and comfortable. Very good with children...Toddlers very very highly reccomend. would definitely go back without hesitation next time we have to go to Rugby. Thankyou.

I stayed here over christmas with my partner and 2 young children and we all really enjoyed our stay. The cottages are lovely and done to a high standard and the location is great, its ideal for a romantic getaway for some peace and quiet. The views are beautiful especially when the sun is setting. My children especially liked the horses in the field. We will definately come again in the summer when the weather is nicer. A lovely place, run by a lovely family.

We had a wonderful stay at the Wagtail Cottage. It helped make our holiday as relaxing as we had hoped for when we booked it.
