I stayed here over christmas with my partner and 2 young children and we all really enjoyed our stay. The cottages are lovely and done to a high standard and the location is great, its ideal for a romantic getaway for some peace and quiet. The views are beautiful especially when the sun is setting. My children especially liked the horses in the field. We will definately come again in the summer when the weather is nicer. A lovely place, run by a lovely family.

We HIGHLY recommend Leam Valley Holiday Lets. ***** In the area for a wedding we don't believe we could have found a more beautiful and well appointed spot to stay. Communication with Steve & Mary was warm & friendly from the start and the welcome at Barn Owl was amazing. The accommodation is quite simply terrific. We had 5 adults sharing and there was plenty of room for all and everything we needed to make it a real home from home. We certainly hope to return to explore more of beautiful Warwickshire. We were here for a week for our sons wedding and what a fabulous place to stay. The setting is just breath taking and the cottages are of a very high standard, very modern and comfortable with everything you need. A very lovely welcome from a very nice family, what a stunning/breathtaking location! the Cottage is exactly like the photos and has everything you need! Extremely clean. Very homely, warm and comfortable. Very good with children...Toddlers very very highly reccomend. would definitely go back without hesitation next time we have to go to Rugby. Thankyou.

We had an excellent holiday staying at Leam Valley. The location was superb with lovely views over the countryside and the accomodation was first class. There was lots to see and do within a short distance and plenty of space for the children to play safely outside. The horses were a firm favourite too. We had a very warm welcome and will definetely visit again next year.
